Fill out the intake form (about 15 minutes), then pay once by card.
We check that your order is allowed. If we can't take it, you get a full refund automatically.
Nora builds your site and emails you a private preview link.
On your review page, request changes or paste in your Stripe payment links.
Pick your included .com (or connect your own), approve, and your site goes live on it. Download it anytime to move it.

Timeline

Nora usually builds your first preview within minutes. Some orders get a check by a person first. That can take up to 1 business day. Each change round usually takes minutes too. Your .com is set up for you when you approve. After launch, Nora makes small edits for you, usually in minutes. You can undo any edit.

Nora is AI. Nothing goes public until you approve the preview.
We build the site. We can't promise sales, traffic, or income. Revenue is not guaranteed.
Your site, your Stripe account, your customers. Payments go straight to your Stripe. We never touch your money. Download your site anytime.

Refunds

Before we accept your order: full refund.
After we accept it, but before your first preview: half refunded.
After you get your first preview: no refund. We finish your included change rounds instead.
No first preview within 5 business days of paying? You get a full refund automatically.
If we decline an order for acceptable-use reasons: full refund.
You can download your site in every case.

A revision is a change to what was delivered (copy, colors, layout, product details). Need a bigger change, or out of edits? An extra change round is $49. New pages, logins, carts, and calendars are not offered.

Your part

If you take payments: create and verify your own Stripe account (including identity checks) and make a payment link for each item.
Never send us passwords. We don't need any.
Supply your services or products, prices, shipping rates or pickup details, the rights to sell them, and any logo or photos. You fulfill orders and bookings.
Review your preview and approve it or request changes. After launch, ask for small edits on your site page.
You own legal compliance, taxes, refunds to your buyers, and customer support.

We decline

Illegal goods or services; weapons or drugs; adult content; gambling or sweepstakes; get-rich-quick, MLM, income-claim, or trading/crypto-signal products; financial, legal, or medical products that promise outcomes; supplements or cures; counterfeit, PLR without rights, or infringing content; hate or harassment; fake reviews; hacking, account selling, or spam tools; anything on Stripe's restricted list or against our hosting policies; and products aimed at minors that collect their data.

Questions

Do I need to pay for hosting?

No. We host your site with no monthly fee. Stripe charges its own fees per sale, on your account. You can download your site and move it to your own host anytime.

Is a domain included?

Yes. Your review page suggests three available .com names; pick one and we register it in your name for the first year when you approve your site. After that, renew it yourself (about $12/year, we send the transfer code) or keep it with Nora Care for $49/year, which covers the renewal and up to 4 small edits a year. Already own a domain? Add two DNS records we show you and we connect it free, usually within a few hours.

I run a service business, not a shop. Is this for me?

Yes. You get pages for your services plus a form that emails you contact or booking requests. You confirm bookings yourself; there is no live calendar.

How do payments work?

You create a payment link for each product or service in your own Stripe account (we show you how) and paste it into your review page. Buyers pay you directly. Without a link, the button asks visitors to contact you instead. Stripe collects shipping addresses if you turn that on; you pack and ship.

What if I don't have a product yet?

You need a product or service that's ready to offer. We don't create products.

Can you guarantee sales?

No. We build the site. Most new sites earn little at first, and revenue is not guaranteed.

Do you need my passwords or account access?

No. Nora builds the site on our hosting, and you paste your own Stripe payment links. We never ask for passwords.

Is Nora a person?

No. Nora is AI. She writes and lays out your site from your intake form using fixed, tested page designs. Some orders are checked by a person before she starts. Nothing goes public until you approve the preview. Her portrait is an illustration.
